Our super deluxe heavy padded bondage bondage restraint collar is made to be strong with a firm 3mm, best quality  real leather outer shell and a further 3mm strap around the outside.  The inner padded layer is made out of high density foam covered in soft leather to go against the skin making them extremely comfortable to wear and feel very good on.
